Hasan Venedikoğlu is a mechanical engineering expert with over four decades of experience in power plant and refinery maintenance and commissioning. He has held key roles in major projects such as the Tüpraş İzmit Refinery and Enkapower Adapazarı-Gebze Power Plants. Now retired, he provides training on turbines, pumps, and other equipment. Hasan’s extensive expertise makes him a valuable asset in industrial maintenance and operations.

Aziz Ulcay

Corrosion and NDT Technical Leader – TÜPRAŞ

Aziz Ulçay is an experienced engineer currently serving as the Corrosion and NDT Tecnical Leader at TÜPRAŞ in İzmir. Aziz has expertise in corrosion mechanisms, risk based inspection and quality control, with multiple certifications including NACE RCT, API 510/570/580, CSWIP 3.1 and EN 9712 NDT Level II.

Alan Reid is an experienced professional at Shell with over 24 years of expertise in maintenance, reliability, and integrity management within the oil and gas industry. Currently, he is the Maintenance & Integrity Lead, where he applies his knowledge of integrity management, particularly in Distribution Assets. Alan is skilled in strategic leadership, operational improvements, and implementing technical solutions to enhance asset performance and reliability. His extensive career at Shell reflects his deep commitment to the field and continuous contributions to safety and efficiency in the energy sector.

Jeroen Juurlink has been working in reliability departments for various clients for over 10 years, primarily in the oil and gas sector. With over 5 years of experience in IMS, Jeroen is specialized in helping clients utilizing the IMS RCM module to its full potential and facilitate full site roll-outs of RCM programs.

Seckin Dabi is a Metallurgical and Materials Engineer with over 20 years of experience specializing in integrity, inspection, and corrosion in the energy sector, particularly oil & gas and petrochemicals. As an independent consultant, he leads efforts to mitigate risks and extend asset lifespans using advanced inspection techniques and is a member of ASME and AMPP International, holding multiple industry certifications.
